Return & Refund Policy
At Prime Print Shop, every custom printed item is made specifically for each customer. Because of this, our return and refund policy is different for personalised products and non-printed raw products. Please read the policy carefully before placing an order.
Custom Printed Products
All customised and printed products are made to order. Once the printing process has started, the order cannot be refunded, cancelled, or returned.
Customers may request a cancellation or refund only before production or printing begins.
This policy applies to:
- Custom printed t-shirts
- Hoodies
- Sweatshirts
- Tote bags
- Personalised garments
- Business or event printing orders
- Any made-to-order printed item
Because these products are personalised specifically for the customer, they cannot be resold after printing.
Order Cancellation Before Printing
If your order has not entered the printing or production stage yet, you may contact us to request:
- Order cancellation
- Full refund
- Design or size changes
- Shipping detail updates
Once the production team starts preparing or printing the order, cancellation and refund requests will no longer be accepted.
We recommend contacting us as quickly as possible after placing an order if changes are needed.
Delivered Printed Orders
Delivered custom printed products cannot be returned or refunded unless the item arrives with:
- Incorrect printing
- Wrong item sent
- Manufacturing defect
- Damaged product during delivery
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.
We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution where applicable.
Raw Products & Non-Printed Items
Customers who purchase non-printed or raw products may request a return and refund.
Examples include:
- Blank garments
- Unprinted hoodies
- Plain t-shirts
- Non-customised stock items
Conditions for return:
- Item must be unused
- Item must be in original condition
- Return request must be submitted within the return period
- Customer is responsible for return delivery costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake was caused by us.
Refund Processing & Support
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
To request support regarding an order, please contact our customer support team with:
- Order number
- Full name
- Clear explanation of the issue
- Photos if applicable
We aim to respond to all refund and return requests as quickly as possible and provide fair support for every customer.
