Frequently asked questions

The same topics and answers as our FAQ page.

  • Do you offer same‑day printing?

We offer same‑day fulfilment when it appears as an option at checkout for your basket. It depends on the product, artwork approval time and studio capacity — we don't promise unrealistic turnarounds.

  • Do you ship nationwide, including London, Manchester and Birmingham?

Yes. We're a UK‑focused print on demand service and dispatch nationwide. Production time applies before the courier journey — tracked shipping is emailed when your order leaves us.

  • Which products do you print?

We specialise in custom garments (t‑shirts, hoodies and similar basics) plus custom mugs and tote bags. Browse by category — if you can't find something, drop us a line via Contact.

  • Is this genuine print on demand?

Yes. Each order prints after checkout — there's no stash of outdated pre‑printed artwork with your logo on it. That keeps sizing fresh and avoids dead stock.

  • What if I searched for "t‑shirt printing near me"?

If you're in the UK you're covered: design online, approve the mockup, and we manufacture and dispatch to your address. City pages outline how we serve London, Manchester and the Midlands.

  • What file format should I upload?

PNG at 300 DPI with a transparent background is ideal for apparel. JPG is acceptable; vector artwork can work for some mugs — we'll flag layouts that won't print cleanly.

  • Is there a minimum order quantity?

No mandatory minimum — singles are fine for testing designs or gifting. Larger runs qualify for clearer unit economics; contact us for events or staff uniform programmes.

  • How do mugs and tote bags compare to tees on turnaround?

They follow the same on‑demand flow. Estimates vary slightly by SKU and backlog; checkout shows the timetable that applies once artwork is locked.
