Clear, fair, and transparent

Refund Policy

At Prime Print Shop, we aim to provide clear and fair refund support for all customers. Because many of our products are custom made and printed to order, refund eligibility depends on the type and production status of the item purchased.


Eligibility

Custom printed products are produced specifically to your design, size, and order requirements. Refunds for change of mind are not available once production or printing has started.

Customers may request:

  • Cancellation before printing begins

  • Refund before production starts

  • Order modifications before manufacturing

Once the order enters the printing or production stage, refunds and cancellations are no longer available for personalised products.

If your order arrives:

  • Faulty

  • Damaged during delivery

  • Incorrect compared to your order

Please contact us promptly with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • A brief explanation of the problem

Where appropriate, we may offer:

  • Replacement product

  • Partial refund

  • Full refund


Non-Printed & Raw Products

Refunds and returns are available for non-printed or blank products.

Examples include:

  • Blank t-shirts

  • Plain hoodies

  • Unprinted garments

  • Raw stock items

Returned items must:

  • Be unused

  • Be in original condition

  • Include original packaging where possible

Delivery and return shipping charges may still apply unless the issue was caused by us.

Processing

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method used during checkout.

Bank and payment provider processing times may vary, but refunds are typically completed within:

  • 5–10 business days after approval

You will receive confirmation once the refund has been issued.


Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

We strongly encourage customers to contact us directly before opening a chargeback or payment dispute.

Most issues can be resolved quickly through our support team with:

  • Replacements
  • Refund assistance
  • Delivery investigations
  • Order support

Fraudulent or abusive chargeback activity may result in account restrictions or refusal of future service.
